The first two volumes of the Pictorial Guides to the Mountains of Snowdonia are now in the shops. Volume 1 Northern Peaks covers the Carneddau, the Glyderau and the Siabod-Nantgwynant peaks, while Volume 2 Western Peaks covers Snowdon, the Rhinogydd and the Eifionydd mountains. Vols 3 & 4 are due to be published in March 2011.

John Gillham Wins a Prestigious Award from his Peers

On Saturday 3 November 2001 John Gillham and Ronald Turnbull were awarded the Outdoor Writers’ Guild Award for Excellence (Outdoor Book category) for their book Coast to Coasting, published by David and Charles.
